when try register biztalk service, following error:

microsoft account , organizational accounts cannot manage same biztalk service - biztalk service can either associated microsoft accounts or organizational accounts. therefore, user accounts managing particular biztalk service should either microsoft accounts or organizational accounts. users different organizations cannot manage same biztalk service - biztalk service can associated 1 organization. therefore, organzational users accounts managing particular biztalk service should belong same organization. following error on register account page in either of cases mentioned above -
