php - Ez Publish survey form result format on Email -

i sending result of survey form in email. has unnecessary lines of comments. want omit lines of comments.. idea?

here's sample of result sent on email.

the following information collected: 1. how did initiate technical support transaction? i don't want see these comments in survey form result.. there way omit those?

you have debug mode enabled templates.

try disable using parameter :
