path - Laravel accessing app/storage files in public folder -

i have xml files stored in app/storage folder. want include these files in public folder xml files (public/js/us.xml). should must load xml files storage path have write permission, these xml files manipulated php script. have tried full absulute path not works. (example markersurl)
