android - Google glass app distribution -

i developing google glass app using gdk. aware apk files can installed in google glass using adb tools. there other way distribute gdk apps, similar google play store?

notes:

1. i have gdk app , no mirror api app.
2. i have gone through https://developers.google.com/glass/distribute/ , https://developers.google.com/glass/distribute/update. there no sufficient information how time google requires testing , approval of submitted app , how update next version(release)
