c++builder - Using skin in C++ Builder XE5 causes window overflow from screen -

i'm using c++ builder xe5 , building vcl form application. i'm using custom style named 'carbon'. when maximize application window in 2nd screen, located right, can see 3px of form 1st screen. form overflowing screen.

i changed styles same problem occurs in other styles also. can see problem in blank new project, mean nothing in code cause this. can prevent this?
