Codeigniter database config table -

my question codeigniter. handled me codeigniter project when tried running project on localhost found base url ip address. found configured in database config table. table looks like

i changed base url localhost ip redirect me xampp home, changed config.php, removed table didn't work. searching internet hours please , don't upset if stupid 1 :p
