Visual Studio crashes when locking computer or starting another instance -

i have problem visual studio 2013 crashes when lock computer or start instance of visual studio. use visual studio 2013 latest patches applied. start visual studio admin.

this seems happen big solution. problem did not occur me other solutions.

i tried delete solution , make clean checkout tfs, visual studio still crashes.

i know not information, have idea how fix or how else check?

additional information: still happens visual studio 2015 on fresh windows 8.1 installation...
