what mean is, if have:

product id / product name 1 / 12 2 / 13,64 f2.xls
name_id / name_val 12 / aaa 13 / bbb 64 / ccc can somehow merge them to:
product id / product name 1 / aaa 2 / bbb / ccc ?
if have several values in 1 cell separated comma, "product name" data sample suggests, difficult process formula. need provide more data sample above.
it looks expect several values output in 1 cell. again, not accomplished.
i suggest step constructing hypothetical solutions based on assumptions may or may not met excel.
instead, please explain bigger picture. trying achieve? not "merge 2 files". reason makes want merge files?
