i want hit url of application in yii framework application.how that?

i can in own app this:

    <tr>         <td>         <?php echo chtml::link('agent', $this->createurl('/agent/agent/admin')); ?>         </td>     </tr> 

but want hit url outside application. how that?

why not use super simple file_get_contents() if want hit url?

<?php file_get_contents('http://www.example.com'); ?>
