ios - Can't create an outlet connection by drag and drop -

i'm new ios xcode6 ,trying create single view app . when try create outlet connection label drag , drop , nothing shows see in picture below. did search web on find answer nothing worked. i'm working text book made beginners,following instructions , nothing there mentioned issue. appreciated.thanks .

what select launchscreen. can not drag , drop there viewcontroller

select storyboard,set class right viewcontroller,then can drag outlets
