my goal stream audio/video content in real time android mobile wowza server. 1- understand, protocol wowza's incoming , outgoing(broadcasted) streams can different. true? 2- if so, can either upload video data through hls protocol or rtmp protocol. 3- i'm little bit familiar these protocols after searching here , there, don't have enough knowledge make decision protocol best stream recorded audio , video data wowza server in real time, can broadcasted , seen through hls protocol. in selecting best protocol appreciated.
it should noted video recorded , streamed in real time, means have encoded buffer mediacodec , send wowza server.
again, if point 1 above true means concern should choose best protocol wowza's inbound stream.
any advice regarding android os versions, sdk vs. ndk etc. highly appreciated.

1 - true. 2 - rtmp. hls pull base protocol on http. fine server client, not great client server. 3 - not question.
